Who we are

This policy explains how SportsGift Trophies (ABN 96 643 687 843) ("SportsGift Trophies", "we", "us") collects, uses and looks after your personal information. We handle it in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, call, text or email us, we collect the details you give us. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, your organisation or club, the products you're after and your event date and anything else you tell us about the job.

We also collect basic, anonymous website usage data, such as which pages are viewed. It doesn't identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out and follow up on work for you, and keep records for the job. We use website usage data to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who we share it with

We only share your details with providers who help us run the business, such as our website form service (Web3Forms), our email provider, our website host (Vercel) and our website analytics (Vercel Analytics and Metricool), and with suppliers where needed to fill your order. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How we store it

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the job and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by calling (02) 9540 1000 or emailing sales@sportsgift.com.au.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
